As of today, Sandpiper only has two homes on the market. Pretty much an all-time low, from what I’ve seen in my tracking. Today, I’m sharing the latest Market Report for the community that shows activity since the beginning of 2008.

“The residents of this special community believe the are fortunate to live in this oasis of wide open green spaces and quite beauty, and hope you will appreciate the Sandpiper Advantage, too.
This property was early recognized by descendants of the McCormicks and Rockefellers as ideal for horse breeding, cattle raising and agriculture. The world-renowned All-Arabian Horse Show started here, and the Railroad Park remains a significant attraction. After the deaths of Mr. and Mrs. Fowler McCormick, the property was sold to Kaiser Aluminum and Aetna Insurance who developed the land into Arizona’s first master planned community McCormick Ranch is all built out now, and because of its careful and disciplined management, it remains one of the finest planned communities in the country. Enclosed by lakes and the Palm and Pine Courses of McCormick Ranch Golf Course, Sandpiper resident enjoy sweeping vistas to the surrounding McDowell’s, and Camelback and Mummy Mountains. Homes are carefully sited among established planting, tall evergreens and palms, and citrus - ripe for the picking.
A twenty-four-hour staffed entry gate ensures privacy, while the full-time on-site manager provides immediate attention to residents’ needs. The nearby pools (one for each twenty homes) offer exercise or relaxation in an uncrowded atmosphere. And the location is superb - ten minutes to Scottsdale Civic Center and Fashion Square, twenty minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, twenty-five minutes to Phoenix Symphony Hall.
After contrasting various offerings in the Valley of the Sun, we hope you will appreciate the advantages of owning a home in Sandpiper - truly a special place.”
