I’m a real estate agent, and I love to write.

My husband and I purchased and renovated an investment property in Sandpiper in 2003, and within 3 months decided to move into it. Since then, we’ve purchased and moved into a larger home on the golf course, plus purchased and updated three additional Sandpiper homes.

While these properties were built in the 1970′s and very early 1980′s, their interior architecture is much more open than most of the homes you will find in McCormick Ranch build during this time. The ceilings are high and the rooms are spacious.

My husband is a Professional Engineer and a licensed contractor, and we have always lived in places that had wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy. We moved from an acre and a half in north Scottsdale and welcomed the opportunity to live in a community where we can enjoy the outdoors without having to maintain it!

I’m now on the Sandpiper Home Owners board and have taken a much more active role in the future of our community. I love sharing the pro’s and con’s of living in Sandpiper. It’s a one-of-a-kind community that’s not for everyone.

For those of us who live and work here, it’s a very special place.
